Great location with stunning views! It’s conveniently close to restaurants and nearby attractions. Breakfast was included in our stay and was actually quite good. The rooms were decent — nothing fancy but comfortable enough. The pool is on the smaller side, so it’s just okay for a quick dip.
This was the perfect hotel for our needs and stay- loved the balcony room facing the marina! The complementary breakfast is solid and it was the perfect spot to stay as we had to meet in the lobby quite early for our Major Marine cruise - we didn't have to leave the premise and could enjoy breakfast while we waited to board. It is a bit further from "downtown" but there is a free shuttle during the day. It is otherwise walkable and there are great restaurants and shops within immediate walking distance. Definitely would stay again!
Booked room last minute because I didn't feel like driving all the way back to Anchorage the same night. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They were quick to address an issue that I came across with the elevator. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. As an extra bonus they have a pool. My 9 year old daughter was very happy about there being a pool. I will definitely pick 360 Harbor view the next time I'm staying in Seward.
WOW! What a great hotel, beautiful view on the Harbor side and convenient for their harbor and bay tours. They had an excellent buffet breakfast, and the rooms were very nice and made up every day. A wonderful experience!
We found our double queen room sufficiently large and well laid out. The bathroom was large with great counter space. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was clean and well lit. Breakfast room is large and had a very good quality selection, with milk, cereal, breads, and Greek yogurt. The bacon was done perfectly, done but tender. Only negative was weak WiFi which caused frustration and delays. Has a decent size laundry at $3 a load. Located right on the harbor. Staff was helpful - scenic location. AC worked well.
Perfect location- walking distance from train and cruise pier. They will transfer your luggage to/from both. Every staff member we dealt with was so helpful and friendly! Room was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Harbor 360 in Seward. The rooms were comfy and clean. We would definitely go back. Their staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. We needed to store our bags before check-in time and after check-out, as well, and they were very accommodating. The free breakfast was very well done. It is a busy hotel, but they do everything right!
Wonderful location in Seward. Town shuttle picks up right out front to get around town. Many of the Kenai Fjord tours pick up in the hotel. Wonderful tour with Major marine tours our day there.
